No career path No chance of going up the ladder Awful miserable people to work with Ratio of jerks to good people high Leadership like being in military lots of people here just wait for something bad to happen so they can pile on and give their unsolicited advice saying how you are incompetent and they are great, lots of talking behind your back, you will talk to your manager but that's it the person your manager reports to won't even acknowledge your existence let alone talk to you

The local staff in Virginia was a joy to work with. The staff at HQ in Colorado was fine as long as you didn't present new ideas, challenge the status quo, or request your humanity to be considered.

They are racist (unless you follow stereotypes), hate people who like to learn or make changes, and use retaliation if you confront them with concerns or issues with management. And don't even think about trying to find a mentor in a different area. They are not champions of personal growth in any way.

If you work here, you may as well end your career

Bullys, Hazing, Evil people! "good ole boys" High turnover! Quick fires! I was employed by this company for a few years, this place was a complete mess. Security gaps throughout the organization, constant disputes between management and employees. Horrible incompetent leadership. Don't take my word for it Just ask around! Even people I served within the military told me to not even consider working here! RUN!
