Pros
Great work done. Fantastic co-workers. Fulfilling job. Never any issues with being paid overtime or salary. Fun and various projects.
Cons
Promotion opportunities and management level jobs seem to be linked to a certain social/ friend group. Unwillingness to embrace new ideas, or change. Group founded by a sexual abuser - reputation is not in good light at the moment - not good for career progression.
Advice to Management
Advertise job positions with integrity - do not post them with a friend or someone in the community it mind and then bend it to them. This has caused issues and will continue too.
