Overall Liftoff was a very good place to work. The compensation and benefits were quite competitive for my field and the company culture was positive.

I worked at Liftoff during the Vungle merger, and it was sometimes unclear what the overall company direction would be as the merger played out. Sometimes this meant things felt a bit fuzzy, and I wasn't always sure where best to focus my energies. It's quite possible that this was a temporary by-product of the merger rather than an ongoing problem, though.

Below market rate salary and executive do not listen to feedback from employees on compensation. Vungle is underpaid compared to Liftoff employees post merger from 2021 which has still not been resolved.
