They discourage anyone going to HR. Then you are labeled difficult when you ask for it to stop. Yes legal action is being taken. Just be safe ladies

policy always changing and it is hard to follow every time. All changes also only send to managment and sometimes managment does not relay message correctly and on time (which then you are in trouble because you were not aware of the change). Too many restriction and making it hard for you to maintain your business. No work culture in our store and basically every one in the company is a workaholic and expect you to be the same. Working even on your days off. Stressful and unrealistic goals. no fun contest or fun activities within the company. Seriously just work, work, and work. Very easy to burn out.
