Also, lack of safety culture - trying to improve but struggle with accountability to standards. Stressful environment with lack of transparency, planning, and accountability.

Great projects if you know what you want out of it. Most times your leadership doesn’t know whats needed so you get to build your expertise, and increase scope. Good for future job prospects elsewhere. Benefits are a plus, great coworkers and amazing product.

Inexperienced leadership and downright incompetent. Lack of strategy and vision, too much politics. Voluntary turnover of top talent. Lack of know-how to sell cars and build customer-base.
