I love the people at Metalab. Everyone is so hardworking and smart, friendly and kind. It makes the company an amazing place to work. The culture for a fully remote company is great. Good thoughtful benefits and perks like RRSP matching, profit sharing and flexible schedules.

I sometimes miss in-person interactions with a team and would love a real office to go into. But they counter it by trying to get teams together IRL whenever possible.
