      Midas Store Manager Review

      Store manager
      Former employee
      Cincinnati, OH
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

Pay is fair but not great, not open on Sundays, you will have some autonomy in running your own store.

      Cons

To be successful you need to work 55-65 hours a week. Sometimes too much pressure " to do more " like upper management is never satisfied ! You have to get all you want " up front and in writing " example vacation time, pay, etc. or you set yourself up for never getting anything more and possibly getting less than you thought you agreed on.
