What is the hiring process like at Ministry Brands?

They asked me a design challenge after the 1-hour call. This design challenge was complex; It took me more than 10 hours to get it done. They wanted me to design a high-fidelity mockup to complete user flow on Figma, the task was related to their product. After delivered on time, they never gave a feedback. After a week the recruiter call me saying I was rejected, and when I ask the feedback of the challenge, he didn't have much to say.
