What is the salary like at Molly Maid?

Family owned small business that seems to genuinely care for their employees. When my car was in the shop they loaned me a company car, and even came to jump start my car when I was stranded after work one day. Hours were fairly reliable and I liked my schedule of starting and leaving early to care for kids. Company car is provided so you don’t need to put wear and tear on your own vehicle. I was also able to take time off when needed.

Pay is a bit low but is better when compared to other cleaning companies and they also provide some holiday pay and bonuses.

Don't work for them. The pay is laughable and they treat you as bad as they pay you.

The only con I would say is sometimes not knowing who you would be with that day and having different people on your route

Tips, some nice customers, company car

Stressful, poor management, low pay, poor work environment
