Pros
Good company to work for, great people, fun job. Food on shift and paid breaks.
Cons
You do 90% of what an assistant manager does, without any of the benefits, expected to perform at a standard which gives them the lovely bonuses (and i mean, lovely bonuses) and us the 'satisfaction'.
Cutting hours as much as they can, then annoyed when we don't pull up to the standard of being in multiple positions at once, food out in 10 minutes and perfect quality.
