Cons
No control of your schedule. Hours till 9pm. 30 minute lunches. No chance to ever make commission or bonuses. You'll book 50-85 appointments a week, they'll make $90K - $150K and you'll make $0 commission or bonuses. You have to read their script verbatim. You can't deviate anything with your own personality. You can't ask a person how their day is or any plans for the weekend. Emails & notes have to be the same from everyone. If you send an Email in the wrong format, you get yelled at from at least one of the owners. The main owner wants his script read like it's the Bible. Rules change on the daily. Nobody updates you if rule changes on a day off. My training was watching a pointless video for 3 days. I was thrown on the phone and expected to manage. They have a regular training now, but, I was never part of that. If you like working 45-50 hours a week and never making commission or bonuses, this is the job for you. It's easy to book 15 - 20 appointments a day. You'll make them $100K a week, all you'll get is $16.67 or less an hour. Don't let them put you on $40K a year. Ask for the $17 an hour. This is just a job and not a career. If you value your phone, bring a burner phone to be locked up. Besides the vaping in the room, it has a bad stench of dust. The chairs are old and uncomfortable. If you have an accent, they'll hire you, then turn around and fire you. I'm shocked that people remain there. Either they have very low self-esteem, or they're to lazy to look for work. Co-workers were asking me what they could do on the side to make additional money. They pay just enough to get by, if you're still living with your parents. If you get the Salary, you'll never get paid holiday pay. They're opened everyday including all holidays. You'll work Christmas Day, New Years Day and Thanksgiving. If you have no life and like to work, this is the job for you.
Pros
There's no upside to working here. It's essentially a pyramid scheme. They talk openly how they put fake reviews on all the common sites and use a high star rating in the pitch. I left months ago, my commissions were never paid out, they'll never tell you why or provide any kind of documentation.
Cons
Furthermore, this company will schedule you for a lead at 9am over 5 hours away with zero compensation... then give you an attitude when the sale didn't close. They'll send you 100 miles to a customer that canceled days prior. These guys in management, especially in boca, think they're all the wolf of Wallstreet... as in, that's how they literally describe what they do. It's pathetic.
Pros
I've been in sales for 10+ years - I've never worked in a company with such a high average closing ratio. Some weeks I sell 90% of the leads; some reps sell 100% - it's wild. The company is great.
Cons
Need to drive, sometimes farther than I'd like. Although there is other pay and bonuses, it's mostly eat what you kill here.
Pros
You can easily get hired and fill your time between jobs.
Cons
You won't be able to have a stable income or social life. They also lie about the sales process and will undercut you, as well as send a different rep out to "Fine Tune" your deal which kicks you off the deal. . .

Pros
Pay pay is good but not consistent
Cons
Unprofessional management team leads can be two and three hours away for one room of flooring when you were told you’re working in a certain area and sent you more money to go to the lead than you were making from the sale
