      Overhyped Culture, Underwhelming Reality

      Pros

Nice office, decent benefits, and a lot of buzzwords about “culture” and “A-players”.

      Cons

Nexthink sells a dream that vanishes the moment you step inside. The recruitment process is surprisingly lenient for a company that claims to only hire “A-players.” The result? A culture driven more by self-promotion and internal politics than actual performance or innovation. The leadership team lives in an echo chamber. They repeat the same cultural slogans without realizing how disconnected they are from the day-to-day reality. What’s celebrated isn’t competence, it’s compliance and cheerleading. There’s a toxic undercurrent of arrogance that stifles honest feedback and drives out thoughtful dissent. What’s worse is the performative nature of everything: town halls, “transparency,” values... It all feels staged. The environment rewards appearances, not substance. If you value authenticity, clarity, and a sane management culture, look elsewhere.
