What are perks and other benefits like at Nous Group?

Everyone is very welcoming and kind. With the ability to work hybrid, you can spread your hours out to suit you. The company is fast moving, there is always something to do, which is great and shows amazing health and development for the company.

There is Nous Data Insights (Nous Cubane) which is also part of Nous. It feels very much like the companies are separate. It would be nice for us all to work together more or even do activities together. Apart from hybrid working, there aren't really any other benefits. Lots of other companies offer great benefits to working with them, maybe something could be looked into here.

I got offered a job here and left. There are ZERO employee benefits. No private health, no insurances. Watch their responses also when other reviewers point that out. They come back with "Our culture is what makes Nous" or "We are looking into benefits for London". Thing is, they have been saying that for years Salary is abysmal. £40K for an EA. And they make out that the bonus you get compensates for it. Most EAs get a decent base of £65K in London AND a bonus of 15% Stay away from this joke of a place is my advice.
