Poor and unsafe working environment(rats, mould, trip hazards, electrical faults) passive aggressive communications from head office, if they responded at all. Power tripping upper management, poor customer service support instore. various outdated systems that did not work together at all. Toxic work environment, where the expectation was that you give more to the company than you get in return- "contribution focused" low payroll budgets and unachievable targets- part based on fulfilling Internet sales, despite having zero control over how many orders were assigned to your store.
