Pros
Flexible hours and remote work (including options to work distance/travel). Some friendly coworkers who are helpful, smart and make going into the physical office nice, but being a large company this depends on the team. Work is well paced and usually interesting enough. Some mobility - you can switch teams to learn/work with different tech or teams.
Cons
A lot of unnecessary meetings (this could have easily been an email), demands from higher-ups don't always match team capabilities/size. "We're a family" is said a lot in HR meetings, which doesn't mean very much and it's weird and annoying. As some other reviewers have mentioned, pay is below average and health benefits could also be a bit better.
