What are perks and other benefits like at Planview?

It's been 2 years in planview, It really great experience so far, work environment is really amazing, and co-workers are very supportive and talented I learned lot of new skills and company benefits are really good providing quality food, And they provide internet, gym bill.

I haven't found anything soo far.

- The company itself isn’t bad — cool product, great mission, and some genuinely smart people. - Good benefits and overall company culture (outside of certain teams) - Humane HR

- The Accounting department struggles with leadership, structure, and retention — turnover happens at every level, even at the top - Efforts to improve are rarely welcomed — seen more as “creating extra work” -Culture feels more like “watch your back” than “let’s grow together” - Management communication feels reactive and top-down rather than collaborative -Support and collaboration? Hit or miss — mostly miss - Office politics are REAL!

I've had a great experience working here so far. The team is incredibly supportive and collaborative, making it a genuinely enjoyable place to come to work every day. There are clear career ladders (Career Framework) and plenty of opportunities for professional growth and cross-functional projects. Recently, the company launched LinkedIn Learning for all employees, which is a fantastic investment in both our professional and personal development. It's great to see leadership prioritizing training and upskilling. The benefits are top-notch, and there's strong exposure to a global business environment. You really feel like the work you're doing makes a difference and is part of a larger mission.

I miss having more in-person interactions with my team.

Very collaborative work environment. Great PTO offering. Good benefits and compensation. Great work life balance.

I cannot find any cons.
