      Pros

      - Amazing mission - Works with some of the best companies in the world - PTO and medical benefits are great - Good work/life balance compared to other companies - Office is a nice setup

      Cons

      - Equity barely worth anything since stock has sharply declined - No autonomy in terms of decision making - CEO is terrible and yells at his highest performing employees - Sales goals are unreasonable and unattainable - Pay of non-executive employees is low - Pay of executives is egregiously high compared to revenue

      Cons

-leadership within the contact center sexually harassed someone and a creep and still works there -they keep people with the worst outside and poor work ethic -the post on LinkedIn how they’re an awesome company but it’s poorly managed, they don’t promote work/life balance, no growth opportunities

The environment and leadership encouraging and supportive. The work life balance is good. Great benefits. Remote/In office.

      Cons

Changes can be abruptly put into place.

      Pros

Great pay, benefits, remote work-life balance, and opportunity to apply unique expertise in a new industry.

      Cons

My analytics role was not aligned to a team to maximize my expertise. Forced to work in a directorate that had no experience in the project management process, I was in a constant resource overload state. The workload demand exceeded my capacity where every project was a priority. I was often met with a response of needing to manage my time better, and work longer hours.

Mission lost to favoritism and burnout

      Pros

The company’s mission to expand access to fertility treatment is truly inspiring and meaningful. Many employees are compassionate, intelligent, and genuinely care about helping others.

      Cons

Unfortunately, the internal culture no longer reflects the company’s mission of inclusion and support. Advancement opportunities often depend on personal connections with leadership rather than performance. Employees from underrepresented backgrounds or those with family responsibilities face limited growth. Work-life balance is nearly impossible — 70–80 hour weeks are common, and doing your job well isn’t enough unless you’re covering the work of multiple people. Men tend to receive more promotions and new titles, even in unclear roles, while women — especially mothers — are frequently overlooked. Performance reviews are inconsistent and biased. Those who are close to leadership or part of the inner circle often receive inflated ratings, while others who meet or exceed expectations receive only average reviews, limiting their chances for advancement. Overall, favoritism and nepotism have replaced fairness and transparency. Many employees who once loved the mission now feel disengaged and unrecognized.

      Pros

      - somewhat of a work life balance - good benefits - nice office with snacks and free lunch / breakfast - good people (for the most part)

      Cons

      - severely underpaid - favoritism is how you progress, not performance based - toxic behavior is tolerated and a blind eye is turned no matter how many people quit or file an official HR complaint - likeability is prioritized more highly than actual competency or job effectiveness

      Pros

Learning about fertility and fertility benefits

      Cons

The company relies on this role to succeed but they don’t care about the actual humans doing the job, and treat this role like robots/look down on everyone in this role despite the fact that they take on responsibilities of every other team and are the only sector of the company with no work/life balance. You will be promised the opportunity to move out of your role but just get more and more work added onto your same role without any extra pay and be stuck in the PCA job for 3+ years
