Sometimes there have been growing pains, but the measure of a company is not that they don’t make mistakes (all do) but rather how they respond to the mistakes and correct the situation. Rad is excellent in this area.

The start was great when covid happen. Endless benefits, spending, and hiring employees.

Overspending on office bean bags and avocado toast. not on the quality of their products. Causing a huge lawsuit towards the company and massive lay offs. Also a lot of people in leadership roles that did not know what they were doing.

This is the best management job I've ever had for the best company I've ever worked for hands down no contest! Feels like a family of people who truly care and all want what's best for everyone, great communication and teamwork! Excellent pay and benefits along with a free bike!

Honestly can't even think of one!

Decent pay, Decent tools they purchased before the company collapsed in on itself after COVID.

Constant lay-offs and hour cuts. They'll hire you full-time as a staffed employee then HR will send you an email resending the offer after you've given notice to your last job. They might offer you a 6-month contract, with no benefits immediately after. This happened to me. It's a surreal feeling to see an office with like 7 empty desks because the whole team was laid off years ago. The guy who laid me off was laid off himself later. I don't have words to describe how performatively progressive and sleezy this company is. Can be a pretty miserable place.
