Managers tend to not care about employee issues, and just push them to do more and more. There are also many hygeine issues. Benefits are a nightmare to activate.

Garbage pay considering industry standard for this role, and how many responsibilities the job entails. Understaffed and overworked, quickly leading to burnout but no choice but to work because of being understaffed leading to increased turnover in the company.

Well the big thing is the wage. I've been working for 25 years and new hires get close to what my pay. Zero extras for experience and education. It is extremely frustrating
