Pros
Friendly, collaborative environment
What account you're on can really impact work/life balance, but managers are generally and caring people
Work ebbs and flows, dependent on your account or client
No mandates to be in office, but encoruaged to come in 1x a week
Definitely not an AM role where you're hiding behind a computer screen doing grunt work - you're very much seen as sales, and need to work strategy, as well as get lots of IRL time with clients
Big personalities and extroverts more valued here
Very generous benefits
Company is not cheap
Hard work is recognized
Cons
Honestly, not many...though growth path for AMs can be limited if you don't want to be a CP
