      Good salary for the city it's in; better benefits than lots of other occupations in the city.

      It outsourced support so there's always going to be some confusion on the values of the company which customers ate being supported

      It gets ves you a foot in the door for remote customer service positions.

      Cons

      Long training process, very slow and unorganized, changing processes every day, low pay, very little benefits, complicated pay schedule, and many many more things.

      The pay is good and on-time. The supervisors are very helpful and professional. My experience has been very pleasant. Results- CX is an awesome place to work.
