What are perks and other benefits like at Saxo Bank?

Salary is OK, not great. When you think of the stress involved, its on the low side. The only positive I can think about is some learning you can get, mostly from colleagues

Saxo is quite toxic environment. They tell you they want the best but they are not the best. The firing policies are unprofessional, uncaring. If you want a workplace that has some care for the individual, this is not it. Saxo is about how to cut cost everywhere, don't ask for anything, just be glad they hire you, but in fact the conditions, pay, benefits they offer is not so great at all.

No benefits and no transportation

The salary and overall benefits are decent, some people are nice and respectful, and the office and lunch are pretty nice

The toxic environment shows after a while and unless you like to gossip, play politics and mind games and suck up to people, you will feel stuck and useless there. Some people are nice but way too opinionated which affects how you do your job...you have to be a certain type of person to thrive there and change is non-existent - mostly because of outdated systems and low development efforts.

Benefits are good like lunch and car lease policy

Legacy code is still prevalent in some domains

The company is good with good benefit AL etc . No bonus. Keep on restructuring. Company is not doing well. They are laying off .

everything , management is corrupt toooo much politics, 5 days work from office, no wfh at all no matter what, even if you are about to die, managers say your pay is your value in the company, very much egoistic people, no benefits at all

A limited group of people at the company are a bit anti-management, which is tiresome to listen to and a tad uninspiring. Ignore those and you'll be fine!

Zero of very little salary increase. Always stress and pressure that we don't have enough business and make enough profit, but they are removing countries, clients. Managers lie , try to hide the truth. From time to time people start leaving by themselves, they never admit they fired them. Benefits have been cut to maximum. Profit first, people don't matter in Saxo
