Career progression isn't the best, but if you push really hard, you can move about

Desirable salary. Identify talent and transferrable skills when recruiting. A good variation of works. Promote work life balance. Great overtime opportunities. Good benefits, share plans, health insurance etc. A lot of staff so really helpful and HR responsive etc. Lots of progression opportunities

Do not pay professional membership fees (CIOB, ICE etc). A lot of overseas workers with a different attitude to work - not as motivated to deliver projects on time and in budget. If you get an internal promotion you only get a 5% pay increase. The paybands overlap with paybands either side, so you can get someone a payband below making more money than their manager.

Lots of opportunities, great office location

Good organisation to work for and sorted out any problems and had a good ethos of looking after staff.

I didn't feel there was much room for internal progression or training top enable this.
