Great pay, loads of benefits, good working hours, management are great

Can spend hours on the phone at a time

- Really good benefits such as pension scheme and sharesave - good community spirit - plenty of job opportunities and carer progression - great facilities in HQ and lots of different depos around the country to work from - lots of different people to network with - entitled the community days where people can volunteer - great maternity policy - parking facilites

Larger company so can get very busy from time to time in terms of queuing for the lift etc

Good benefits and managed to travel around quite a bit.

Very clicky organisation Lack of training even when it is agreed in the interview training will be provided. Not enough resources which surprised me as the company is so big.

The benefits and flexibility are brilliant here. That's why I've been here for 16 years.

no cons everything is great

1) The people: All of the staff were friendly, helpful and very inclusive. 2) Benefits: Car scheme, pension scheme and benefits are one of the best in Coventry. 3) Good working environment

1) Didn't quite like the 'hot desk' system, I prefer to have assigned seats. 2) Lift system needs improvement

No major con's, but I would recommend to move around to find a place and role that best fits you.
