Communication across teams can sometimes be unclear, leading to inefficiencies. Additionally, the fast growth of the company can result in frequent changes, which may be difficult to adapt to.

Few years back, I can say that they are really a good company, healthy working environment, a lot of opportunities to grow, taking care of employees.

Very hard to get promoted, bad career opportunities, no clear career path

The career advancement and benefits are great ! You can always transfer to a different department if you want to learn something new or anything you want to pursue. They also have a lot of training that you can join for free. They provide so many freebies, foods, games and activities !

It is a very fast paced working environment, you will have so many submission deadlines in 1 day. You will need to work outside of working hours especially if you're working with the brands which I can say working after 12am is normal.

Provides a strong learning curve and hands on experience, ideal for fresh graduates entering the workforce. Exposure to operational processes and cross functional collaboration in a fast paced environment.

Limited opportunities for career advancement and internal mobility. Career progression is stagnant due to role specialization or organizational structure.

- Many opportunities to drive new initiatives and own a big scope at a young age, which is hard to get in traditional big-tech companies (based on my talks with friends in FAANG, people may just own a small specific fixed scope there) - Many cross-functional training, sharing, project collaboration opportunities for you to learn new things

- No WFH based on official policy, but some managers/ directors/ HOD can still work from the US/ China for months etc just because they're bosses (while they don't allow their members to do so even they have the same family reasons etc) - Poor IT devices even we're in tech. They give very old Dell laptops to new joiners....and laptops often have issues while they don't allow you to change (unless you're bosses again) - Lack of career progression: Company has changed to value the tenure more and more in these two years, promoting many extremely unqualified quality and laid-back people just because they stayed (lay down) long enough. If you have ambition to aim for promotion but without enough tenure, bossess will only tell you some ridiculous criteria and expectations that you need to overwork a lot, without supporting you to plan your career at all
