A global job architecture framework was rolled out, which first of all showed that the high level management, specifically HR, does not care about the employees.
A massive bunch of employees are being demoted with their new titles, and people all over Sinch globally are resigning due to this.
The team that did this work has very clearly not followed protocol or best practices for this work, which has resulted in promotions and good benefits for the high level management and their friends, while the rest of the business are feeling disappointed, downgraded, under-valued and that they have wasted their time at Sinch.
Top level management is built on friendship and what benefits their closest ones and themselves, and not what actually benefits the business.
