Some employees do not follow proper training or rules, will be on phones in the back or in front, and waste products frequently. More teenagers than adults running daily operations in most locations, so there are cliques and variance in attitudes. Long hours if someone calls out and no replacement fills in. Hands started to get carpel tunnel in certain fingers from repetitive motions with blenders. Flies show up depending on if the team cleans poorly or properly. Mold in certain areas and on blenders/tops as everything is constantly in or around water and employees may not upkeep on deep cleaning. Minimum wage is $10 and position advancement is a dice roll unless you are liked or have prior experience. Metrics from surveys take precedence over actual team efforts. Will have some rude or negative customers some days.
