Not very clean or organized, most other employees were teenagers and would leave their mess for the next shift to clean up.

You can move up fast as long as you're a good worker.

You run the whole store. Your job is to be manger doing inventory, money counts, training, etc. While also being a team member upfront taking orders, making smoothies, in the back prepping food, washing dishes, etc. This is every shift because of how short staffed it always is. You're on call 24/7 to all employees from lack of leaders to help.

Easy place to work at. Recipes are straightforward. Free smoothie per shift which is nice.

Depending on location I'm sure management isn't always the best. Be aware that customers will get mad if their smoothie tastes different from a previous time.

One free smoothie per shift, meet some interesting people, manager usually understanding about scheduling conflicts.

Too short staffed, too much work expected of too few crew members. The place burns people out, keeping the place a revolving door of employees. Smoothies not as healthy as advertised.
