Ability to (somewhat) set your own schedule
It's fun to see the kids' faces light up when they're playing
The other coaches I interacted with were easy to get along with
Cons
Poor pay for what is required. You will often travel 15-25 minutes between locations and you receive no compensation for that travel. $18/hr starting pay isn't terrible until you consider how little hours you're given. Even the full-time position barely pays you a living wage.
Communication from the head supervisor is generally very poor
The company still uses paper copies to keep track of your hours/sessions, causing a headache and proving that this company is not adapting to the future
