Abusive Indian general manager at Sofitel Luang Prabang. Slave labour, using lackluster Laos employment laws. The owners of the hotel launder money through various Thailand and Singapore based companies, including one of their hospitality management agencies that belongs to the owners wife (APARA). The same owner forced the HQ to comply with an unqualified and untalented 3rd party 1-man agency that micromanages the whole process. Chaotic and toxic work environment, with no appreciation and employee abuse.
