What are perks and other benefits like at Starling?

Good team, nice benefits and I liked the fact I could take on overtime

I was told I worked better and dealt with more enquiries than a full timer but wasn’t rewarded in any way! Would have appreciated raise or a promotion!

Left just as a new CEO was announced, it has such a great culture, amazing work life balance (depends on your team), nice offices and decent benefits, no micro management (again depends on team). Great option if using a stepping stone to get a role you like due to the flexbility and the lack of process as a new business.

Can have a lot of work to do, not enough people sometimes hired to do the job 2 people would normally do, teams and people can be quite high school rumours and stuff which isn't nice. Not enough of a great process for development. Not enough diversity.

I was dismissed without Notice, No Disciplinary action, No Case and No Investigation. Infact My line Manager Wasn't even aware i was dismissed, I just woke up to be summoned and told that my Contract has been terminated without notice and with immediate effect. The Employment contract states i have a notice period. Even after my Dismissal i didn't get paid my full entitled benefits and full salary for the hours i worked. When i contacted to ask about my Pay, i was ignored. I nearly got depressed for days because of Starling. Such a Bad Company.

Poor HR, No Support from Line Management and Racist Team Leader
