Pros
Left just as a new CEO was announced, it has such a great culture, amazing work life balance (depends on your team), nice offices and decent benefits, no micro management (again depends on team). Great option if using a stepping stone to get a role you like due to the flexbility and the lack of process as a new business.
Cons
Can have a lot of work to do, not enough people sometimes hired to do the job 2 people would normally do, teams and people can be quite high school rumours and stuff which isn't nice. Not enough of a great process for development. Not enough diversity.
