How are promotions handled at Stratus Building Solutions?

Very toxic workplace environment. I personally dealt with bullying and workplace harassment and I received no support or help from the owner. Instead, I was denied a promotion to Regional Director and I was fired for this situation. Several Franchise Owners have expressed to me how they are unhappy with the owner of this region and that he has no people skills and is impossible to get in touch with to express their concerns or ask questions.
