How are senior leaders perceived at TIER?

      TIER reviews

      Incompetent Managers

      Lead operations associate
      Former employee
      Turku
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

Attractive Compensation, Comprehensive Occupational Healthcare Benefits, Engaging in Meaningful Environmental Impact Initiatives.

      Cons

Challenges in management effectiveness have been evident, with resources being allocated to projects that may not have yielded the desired outcomes. There appears to be a lack of scrutiny on decisions made by upper management, even in cases where financial resources were invested in projects of dubious quality. Encouraging a more critical evaluation of decisions and resource allocation could potentially enhance the overall efficiency and success of the organization.

      Cons

This company operates under the guise of everyone working with a mission in an attempt to compensate for the poor pay, the terrible leadership and the lack of any care for its employees.

      Pros

Flexible work with freedom during shifts

      Cons

Senior management couldn't care less about workers even if they tried. Poor chances of making a career, company rather employes inexperienced managers from outside the company than looking in-house for experienced staff. Basic work needs are neglected, in our warehouse we had no warm water and the cold water was often a thick yellow/brown coluor (probably from rusty pipes), no air filtering in an extremely dusty environment. In winter time we often had minus degrees indoors and in the summer we sometimes had to work outside due to extreme temperatures. Despite notifying senior management several times nothing was done. Towards the end of my tenure with the company I also got tasked with the duties of my supervisor that had just left the company I was not compensated for these tasks despite asking for it, the explanation was that I was having a work title of LEAD opperations associate and performing more tasks was expected of me.
