- if you’re a bodyshop, forget about increments, bonuses and career progression. You literally live on your basic salary.
- there is always discrimination between permanent staff and contract staff (bodyshop). We do the same job, deliver the same results but doesn’t make the same compensation as permanent staff.
- Bodyshop treated as outsider rather than someone working for the company.
- No other benefits, such as provide training or support.
- no plan for bodyshops even though some of the bodyshops serve the company more than 5 years.
- Staff always discriminate bodyshops, even put segregation in the office. There are even office in TNB that segregate the seats between permanent staff and bodyshops.
- Bosses never bother to acknowledge bodyshops. All the praise and congratulations goes to them eventhough others done their work.
- there are even specific toilets for technicians and executives, showing how bad their discrimination and hierarchy.
