Pros

Medical insurance for family, flexible working hours and career growth

Cons

Most days here are challenging due to difficult cross-team collaboration and noticeable knowledge gaps, which create an unhealthy environment for employees to learn, grow, and perform effectively. Management culture appears to be influenced by internal politics and favoritism, with inconsistent KPI evaluations affecting fairness in career progression and promotions. Employees are also given limited opportunities for skill development or external training, making growth and performance improvement difficult. Additionally, unclear responsibilities and job scopes often lead to miscommunication and unfair task delegation within teams. Overall, these issues should be addressed proactively by management and HR to create a healthier and more supportive workplace culture.

Pros

None compared to my previous companies

Cons

My experience working here has been extremely challenging due to the overall work environment and lack of governance structure. The workplace culture leans towards being highly toxic, with minimal empathy from management when it comes to workload, personal capacity, or employee well-being. There is a significant absence of clearly defined Job Descriptions (JD), which results in employees being assigned excessive and often unrelated responsibilities without proper scope control. From an ICT perspective, there are noticeable gaps across processes, controls, and overall governance. Many practices are not aligned with established industry frameworks or best practices. Instead, teams tend to operate based on legacy habits or “the way things have always been done,” rather than structured, risk-based approaches. Additionally, collaboration can be difficult, especially when working with teams that are resistant to change or improvement. This creates inefficiencies and slows down progress, particularly in areas that require modernization or alignment with current standards. Overall, the organization has potential, but significant improvements are needed in leadership mindset, process maturity, and adoption of proper frameworks to create a healthier and more effective working environment
