    Great Work-Life Balance and remuneration package. presently undergoing massive value unlocking program for the betterment of the company

    Cons

    There is a need to improve on transparency for certain processes with regards to criteria used in rewarding the staff.

    Pros

    You get to experience in depth the project the assist. If you're lucky, u will get the hands on experience. The superior is very friendly & helpful. They explain how things work & give us extra knowledge & bits of advice.

    Cons

    There is no allowance given to the interns.

    Advice to Management

    Consider giving allowance to your intern as we need to go to the site visit too.

    Pros

    Depending on your position, generally you will have a good work-life balance

    Cons

    Old school management, mostly hope the working level staff to somehow acquire knowledge just by learning on the go.

    Advice to Management

    To invest on proper trainings and certifications for core competency development, rather than hoping the working level staffs will acquire relevant experience by just learn on the job

    Good pay medium job prospects

    Cons

    Low Job Prospects if you are considered as enemy by management.. Hard look at non cronies.. too much dependent what Top Ranks say.. even the ones who knew the matter especially on corruption were bypassed.

    Advice to Management

    On corruption issues always determine it from those who know rather than those who wanted it covered up.
