What is the company culture at Toyo?

So, I worked as third party employee. There are so many good things about Toyo, I believe experience differ team to team. There are many good things, will mention some: 1. Best team to collaborate for works, for fun, for lunch and for breakfast. 2. Everyone on floor are really good, I just liked the inclusiveness. 3. My experience with my manager and my team was really good and wish to join again in same team if things worked out. 4. Always got clear requirements for development, and completely work life balance culture, no one forces to do extra hour works. 5. Working in Toyo was really complete peace of mind, as stockholders give proper time to complete the work.

I don't have any negative comments about any personality, but 1. There should be more opportunities to work on new technologies. 2. It's completely work from office mode, so I believe if there are more work from home facilities, people coming from far will love to stay more time.

Not a very growth oriented company. Company spends very few resources in learning and development.

> Variety of projects > Hands-on experience Unlike other multinational companies, Toyo had good amount of diverse projects including onshore and offshore. You will get assigned the work and you will learn as you go ahead. They do hire people through walk in, usually from vendor end ( manufacturing/construction experience). Package offered through walk in is sometimes better than current employees of same grade.

> Toxic Work culture > Micromanaging head of the department > Discrimination against gender (Passive) If you join as a fresher, you will not be trained enough, however you can will be expected to work with senior engineers who are just stuck there because its too late for them. Unprofessional behavior from seniors with highly inappropriate comments being passed about female colleagues and their incompetency/strength. No work life balance.

Interdisciplinary communication is slow and construction team is not supportive

No autonomy provided, every small things to be asked to management, no appreciation for good work, but would be insulted for minor things in front of others. Management listens to too much Gossips, may be that is their way of running the company.
