Pros
So, I worked as third party employee. There are so many good things about Toyo, I believe experience differ team to team. There are many good things, will mention some: 1. Best team to collaborate for works, for fun, for lunch and for breakfast. 2. Everyone on floor are really good, I just liked the inclusiveness. 3. My experience with my manager and my team was really good and wish to join again in same team if things worked out. 4. Always got clear requirements for development, and completely work life balance culture, no one forces to do extra hour works. 5. Working in Toyo was really complete peace of mind, as stockholders give proper time to complete the work.
Cons
I don't have any negative comments about any personality, but 1. There should be more opportunities to work on new technologies. 2. It's completely work from office mode, so I believe if there are more work from home facilities, people coming from far will love to stay more time.
