What is the hiring process like at TresVista?

very bipolar org structure which pushes you into a single type of service line and how your time is over here depends on if you have a normal manager or a demon spawn

Life has no balance especially the new people that have joined are not like the old TresVista spirit. The hiring currently is awful. They hire anyone just to grow the firm it seems. It becomes hard on the associates to train such people who have no knowledge of finance or otherwise and are not a fit for the culture. Not that I’m saying that TresVista is a great place but the latest cohorts are especially bad.

Colleagues are good. Office environment is good.

Worst part about this company is Work Life Balance (WLB). There is no WLB at all, VP can call you anytime; no time boundaries nothing, also there is no fixed shift timing clock in at 9 AM and clock out at (no clue). Secondly, I dont know who the hell are hiring VPs, They dont have communication ethics, No logical solution to the problem, No team management, No value to Internal suggestions, stubborn and illogical arguments. VPs are the worst line in Hierarchy here or else the company is good.

None. No pros. But I’m sure this is just like any other service based org.

Worst company. Scheduled an interview, and then during the interview time the HR informed that due to unavailability the interview would have to be re scheduled. I agreed. Then when it was rescheduled, the hiring manager didn’t join on time. HR informed that the hiring manager will join after 15 minutes. Totally unprofessional. Companies like these should understand even candidates are busy and have other priorities. Simple because you are from the employers and, you can’t be so irresponsible. Pathetic.
