remote work, flexible hours, great place to learn because of the start up environment - you end up picking up a lot of things
Cons
AWFUL talent planning, had multiple rounds of layoffs within a year's time, people left behind were overburdened with the work of many that had been laid off - on top of growing responsibilities, they offer absolutely NO benefits and no pay hike
