- AI based company - you get AI tools to work. Not sure upto when that flexibility is there. - package as per industry standards is moderate.

Cons

- Hire fast fire faster policy by CEO. - No vision, planning and processes. - No work life balance - late night calls. - Transactional work, you are secure as long as you have work. Irrespective of performance. - No job satisfaction. - less logical and technical people
