      Business Outlook

      Pros

Fully remote and flexible work structure. Exposure to real AI evaluation tasks and structured feedback processes. Good for building experience in prompt engineering and LLM evaluation. Projects are intellectually engaging and pay is decent for remote work from India.

Work continuity can be inconsistent — project availability fluctuates without much notice. Communication around offboarding or project transitions could be clearer. Onboarding process takes time and re-entry after a gap is difficult.

      Business Outlook

      Pros

      - HR - It has nothing good

      Cons

Don't even think about working as a contractor in this company, their management is the worst, they don't care at all about your time, they have ridiculously strict policies for the worker and they have no responsibility and they wash their hands of it all the time or they just ignore you - The pay is terrible because even with all their time and work management tools they always have excuses and pressure to pay you less - They don't honor their full-time contract and they want you to honor yours of being available all the time without recognizing your time
