I have worked in other online companies where the materials aren't great/there is no support/students are difficult. This company seems to be striving to be the best for both the teacher and the students, and over the last few years there have been many positive changes. Clients score you on how they feel the lesson went. The company expect no less than 10 out of 10 every time. If a client gives you a poor score, usually from not understanding the process, you are bombarded with lots of compulsory training. Your account gets suspended if you don't comply which means no work. Don't always get your working hours filled.
