What are perks and other benefits like at Vector Marketing?

Vector is a great choice if you're getting into sales or are already established in the field. There is unlimited opportunity for growth, the team is inviting and supportive, and the benefits are unmatched. Befits include great pay, remote work, chances to win vacations, and free products. Not to mention, you feel confident about the product you're selling.

There are no "cons" but if you're newer to sales, there's a bit of a learning curve. There's a science to sales that you have to get just right. But it's a breeze once you've mastered that (your team is there to support and help you ).

There is a flexible schedule and you get great benefits the more you have presentations.

No real downsides. They train you but don't pay you for the training but there are huge incentives.

Ease, feedback, teamwork, communication, good pay, flexible. Commissions do get really awesome the more you sell. Starts low (10%) but once you sell 10k, you can get 30%, which is the most opportunity.

No benefits, no paid training, and you have to have time set aside for a “fast start”. Clients need to match a certain criteria which makes setting up those first demos very difficult (married, owns a home, 30-60, appt has to be with both spouses present). You get $20 per appointment if the client matches that criteria but they recommend spacing out the appts by 2 hours. So if you did 8 hours of work without selling anything, you’d only get $80 for that day.

They have lots of company benefits and if you’re good at your job, you can climb the ladder relatively quickly which is something they highly encourage!

It’s hard to get appointments (which is how you’re paid) if you don’t already have a strong network of people that fit their criteria.

Amazing opportunity compared to others jobs. Helps to build confidence with others and has good pay. Has a multitude of different benefits.

Might have a tough start which can be discouraging.
