Pros
Nice office and benefits like free lunch
Cons
Unreal expectations, very door salesman-y and pushy even if customers didn't want our solution. The managers required you in the office by 7:30am on Fridays and when you had concerns or needed help they didn't know how to help you. If you were doing poorly on your quota and asked for help they would gaslight you into saying I'm not a good fit for the job. I've never worked for a company that had such inexperienced management and would interrupt people, especially women, mid-sentence. I heard the director many times say shut-up or be quiet when reps would ask for help or explain things.
We were paid the same scale as Salt Lake City, which I think is illegal - Seattle is one of the most expensive cities to live in in the US.
