      Pros

No slow days, fun and relaxed atmosphere, great benefits

      Cons

No slow days is a double edged sword! It's a start-up, and that takes a different type of person. It is very fast paced.

      Pros

Great benefits, great upward movement, fast growing, and most of the people are great!

      Cons

Territory roulette. If you get a good territory you will be blessed.

      Great start so far!

      Pros

A great interview process led by a great recruitment team of made the whole process smooth and efficient. Alex Tindall leading the JAPAC recruitment team has been amazing to work with and is a brilliant recruiter that will fully support you throughout the process. A very exciting company with an amazing product. Having just started I have got my hands on the the platform and believe it’s a brilliant product. From a sales perspective all the tools to use are top tier and you’re fully set up for success. Onboarding is well organised and im loving my experience at Verkada. I would fully recommend the company and it’s defiantly worth applying for. The benefits are also amazing, with little to no expenses in the working week. Verkada values its employees.

      Cons

Process has been great. No negative comments

      Not bad

      Pros

Fun office environment with lots of perks and great benefits. Great product with a great PMF.

      Cons

Territory lottery is very real. Churn is very high. Attainment is very low. Quotas are the same across the board regardless of territory/channel support/development/ability to spend. Leadership is undertrained and lacks experience. Support in any role is limited. Pay is low for the market. Every AE is also an SDR/channel manager/customer success.

      Pros

      Good benefits and good pay

      Cons

Company takes advantage of young hungry talent and is OK with high turnover rate

      Great benefits, great incentives

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Benefits and perks are great, fun work events, and perfect for very young crowd of people. Still very male-dominant but it's getting better

      Cons

compensation is pretty low especially for AEs, AAEs. AAEs don't make anything but they get the cold calling experience. It's rare to see AEs stay longer than 2 years. No remote working

Amazing Company with lots of growth potential

      Business Outlook

      Pros

awesome stock options and solid benefits, plus the work culture is really supportive and fun. You also get a lot of autonomy to run big, high-impact deals, which keeps things exciting

      Cons

Quotas are pretty ambitious, and the partner network isn’t fully built out yet

      Never given the chance

      Pros

Great tech environment Amazing benefits and perks

      Cons

True startup that laid me off 4 months into role No help or guidance as to why Could be bleeding through investor money and not be where they need to be to go public, hence the downsizing Was 1 of 5 eventually 6 people to be let go of in the Philly office Questionable leadership

Management didn't know what to do

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Nice office and benefits like free lunch

      Cons

Unreal expectations, very door salesman-y and pushy even if customers didn't want our solution. The managers required you in the office by 7:30am on Fridays and when you had concerns or needed help they didn't know how to help you. If you were doing poorly on your quota and asked for help they would gaslight you into saying I'm not a good fit for the job. I've never worked for a company that had such inexperienced management and would interrupt people, especially women, mid-sentence. I heard the director many times say shut-up or be quiet when reps would ask for help or explain things. We were paid the same scale as Salt Lake City, which I think is illegal - Seattle is one of the most expensive cities to live in in the US.
