Cons: No 401(k) match (very standard for startups though) No shuttle bus from SF to HQ in San Mateo

Great work environment and flexibility with plenty of upwards and lateral mobility for top performers

Verkada is generally investing in the right places. The product offering is fantastic, the culture is focused and fast-paced, there's increasing up-market customer adoption and continued investment in Channel/Partnerships.

Rep turnover is the biggest issue I've seen but I also understand this is being solved for.

It has great technology and has good perks including international travel. Some great people there across the teams in sales and lots of people who are trying their best. Great snacks, lunch and travel scheme and a beautiful two storey office in London

A senior leader fostered a toxic environment that left me people feeling anxious about coming to work. Almost her entire team has since left. The culture feels driven by fear and favouritism. Only a few females left in mid market.
