You often have to work beyond regular office hours. Some senior employees have attitude.

Good salary , great company benefits and work life balance. Good diversity and inclusion .

Not knowing all employees as work in individual teams

Everyone is open and supportive regardless of their seniority (which doesn't exist in the workplace). All the employees are treated equally and has access to resources equally. Awesome projects to seriously put you ahead of everyone. Overall positive experience. (p.s. you get free food and transport ;) )

None that I have experienced during my 1 year internship. The work load might be challenging for some but the benefits outweigh them easily so you don't get exhausted

Very stressful. Most people at WSO2 are workaholics and if you don't fit the bill it will be hard to work there. Most team leads know how to lead a team, keep everyone engaged and keep the team spirit going whereas some team leads make you feel like you are a waste-of-space, not properly manage the resources then blame you saying you haven’t done enough when you ask about promotions. Getting into some teams like compiler could be a career-killer if you don't work on other tech stacks in your own time.
