What is the salary like at Wilo Group?

There is no reward based on performance, so I lack the motivation to work hard. The atmosphere feels like a routine, and I find myself just doing the minimum required tasks for the salary, stuck in a bit of a rut. The HR department lacks clear standards in its operations, and there is a significant double standard where some individuals are allowed to do certain things while others are not. HR should treat all employees fairly and ensure that no one is disadvantaged. However, this is not the case. Additionally, they upload applicants’ resumes and personal information to a shared folder, which raises serious concerns about data privacy. There is a need to recognize the importance of protecting personal information.

Wilo as a wider company is okay. What they try to offer is great and the office is well equipped/ modern. The wider business gives a sense of inclusion but sadly the UK branch does not match up.

Unfortunately they have managers in the wrong places creating clicks, internal bullying and extreme favouritism. It’s witness by many and flagged with no consequences it seems. Would advise anyone to look elsewhere, the worst office I have ever been a part of, truly awful! Pay is also poor.

1. Dictating culture - double/triple reporting was common, often results in chaos and confusion. 2. Management tended to micromanage during sale processes. 3. Management tended to drive employee with authority and job insecurity instead of empowerment. 4. Below average salary. 5. Promoting unhealthy "hustle" culture, couldn't feel they care about mental wellness, resulted in high turn over rate. 6. 4 weeks notice prior resignation is too long.
