The Wonolo Team is one of the best I've worked for. The org is small (200+) and very flat. Conversations with leadership are easy to have if needed. The company is fully remote and you are encouraged to take advantage of the unlimited PTO that is offered. Current recommendation is to take off 4-5 weeks per year. 100% medical benefits are covered for employees and 80% benefits are covered for their dependents.

This company is ten years old, but most times feels very much like an early-stage start up. Work is fast-paced (as is typical for this environment) and burnout can set it if you don't manage your time appropriately.

Relationship building, mostly low pay & inconsistent offerings in highly competitive market. As an IC/1099 worker for Wonolo, there are usually zero company benefits as you are not an actual employee unless you are hired as a W2 for a position with their Company directly.

Since it's remote work, there's no job security. Benefits have its limitations depending which region you reside in.
