      Pros

      - Connect you to blue chips companies for interviews and be hired as a 2 year contract at that company - They do train you in a sense - An opportunity to be a full timer at the end of the stint - Work from home benefit is still there (speaking only for Morgan Stanley). While other tech companies are actively removing such GREAT benefits!

      Cons

      - For me, it takes more than a years to even get connected to the other bank company, and hired by them. If you are really desperate, don't bother. - They have reduce the annual salary starting from 2024, which sucks - It has OK welfare. But being very incompetent in claiming medical benefits, they can save a lot of money - Work life balance is dependent on how many meeting you have with other people from other side of the world

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on your experience with Wiley Edge. I'm very pleased to read that you thought our company culture is great, and that we provide flexibility, autonomy, as well as other benefits. We take pride in being the top choice for recent graduates and career changers to begin their professional journey. Our flexible and remote work environment allows us to cater to candidates with different lifestyles, making it easier for them to enroll in our program. The good thing is this flexibility and positive culture apply to our Wiley Edge internal employees too! If you could let us know where you experienced lack of organization, feel free to drop me a message and I will share the information with the relevant teams. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our processes to make sure we provide the best possible service to both candidates and clients. Even before you have a job with them, they pay and train you, It's not great pay and not great training but its something.

The pay is not good. The benefits aren't either. They do have sick pay. Ignore all promises of support after you've been placed.

Our salaries are benchmarked according to industry standards, and they are competitive considering you get free training before and during the placement, with the possibility of obtaining industry certifications while you work on site. We also provide consultants with payment increases at regular intervals based on performance, among other benefits. However, we do appreciate your feedback as we are continually evaluating these areas to ensure we remain competitive and fair in the marketplace. If you have any specific suggestions or would like to discuss your concerns further, we encourage you to reach out to HR directly. Salary is non-negotiable, and pay increases are preset because of the contract design.

      Pros

MThree (previously Wiley Edge) gives perfect opportunity for people who want to break into tech industry who lack experience. I have seen some negative comments about them but realistically speaking if someone couldn't get a job offer without help of a consulting firm like mThree, chances are mThree actually got them a job that they would have never gotten otherwise; therefore, I am really thankful to them that they helped me ease into this industry. You sign an 18 months contract with them and you work at client site like normal job, the difference is your salary is coming from mThree consulting instead of the client. If everything is good and the client is happy with your work then the employment is automatically converted into FTE from contract. You get pay bump every six months, and there are added benefits like gym, perkbox, health plan, cycle2work (paid by mThree) etc. Currently the UK manager is George, who was very helpful and replied to all my queries as they arised. In a nutshell, I'd recommend anyone who wants to break into tech to apply through mThree and not listen to all the negatives.

      Cons

When you are working as a contractor on client site, there are certain client benefits you are not eligible for which are exclusive for FTEs.
