How are career development opportunities at mthree?

Good opportunity to break into reputable companies to start your career and would recommend to anyone. However, be prepared to be 'on your own' and up to the challenge of being your own boss per say.

If you are brought on as someone with some experience already. I should expect a very hands off approach, my point of contact changed 4 times since I started. Training is difficult to get a hold off.

Overall it is the best organisation which gives us plenty of opportunity to start our career. Helps us to brush up the skills. Provides training. It gives us the opportunity to work with organisations like JPMC, Morgan Stanley etc.

This training program has no downsides whatsoever, offering incredible learning and career opportunities with no catch. It's a straightforward path to success with no cons to worry about.

With Wiley edge, you'll get the chance to work in global leaders in industry, like Morgan Stanley. If you're not experienced at all, the training program might also help you with getting familiar with essential software development concepts.

The training package was not related with what I did in my job, and as an computer science student, it felt like a waste of time, since I was trained on the concepts that I've already excelled. Also, in terms of the career path, although clear, it won't be very flexible, if you want to discover different disciplines of software development(AI, devops etc.)
